At The Japan Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original Japanese boutique tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
